A branded event in minutes, not a blank page

Start your survey from a template built for trade shows, demos or sessions. Start your registration page from a booth invite, a dinner, a talk or a webinar. Pick a theme, and the page uses your logo and brand colors. Then change any word you like.

What it does

Survey templates

Ready-made question sets for Trade Show Lead Capture, B2B Lead Qualification, Product Demo Interest, Conference Session Feedback and Community Event Check-In. Each has lead fields, qualifying questions and a consent question.

Page templates

Booth invite, Executive dinner, Talk / session and Webinar. A template fills in your event's real name, date and location, with example text to replace.

Themes in your brand

Default, Minimal or Cover. A theme changes colors, alignment and spacing using your workspace brand colors. Your text and images stay.

Why

Why it matters

Most event pages and forms start from a blank screen, and the work lands on the marketer the week before the show. A good template answers the hard questions for you: which questions qualify a lead, which fields sales needs, what an invite page should say.

Scaniam's survey templates come with the lead fields and the qualifying questions already in place, plus a consent question. Page templates come with the sections each kind of event needs, filled with your event's name, date and location.

Your brand comes along on its own. Add your logo and brand colors once (Scaniam can suggest colors from your website), and every theme, page and survey uses them. The Library shows each theme in your own brand before you pick one.

Steps

How it works

01

Set up your brand once

Upload your logo and pick your brand colors. Type your website and Scaniam suggests colors from it.

02

Start the survey

When you create an event, pick From a template, or open Library, then Surveys, and click Use in Event. You can edit every question afterwards.

03

Start the page

Create the registration page and click Choose template. Or copy the page from another event.

04

Pick a theme

On the Design tab, pick Default, Minimal or Cover. Or compare them in Library, then Themes, and use one in an event. Nothing goes live until you publish.

Best for

  • Teams running many events a year
  • Marketers who want a branded page without a designer
  • First events, where a blank survey is the hardest part

Not the best fit

  • Fully custom page designs with your own code or CSS
  • Teams that need a different survey engine for each event
FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Which survey templates does Scaniam have?

Trade Show Lead Capture, Conference Session Feedback, Product Demo Interest, B2B Lead Qualification and Community Event Check-In. Each includes lead fields, qualifying questions and a consent question, and you can edit every question afterwards.

Where can I use a survey template?

In three places: when you create an event (From a template), in Library under Surveys (Use in Event), and in the survey builder when the survey has no questions yet. In the builder, Undo removes a template you just added.

Which registration page templates are there?

Booth invite, Executive dinner, Talk / session and Webinar. A template fills in your event's name, date and location plus example text to replace. Scaniam warns you about example text you have not replaced before you publish.

Do themes use my brand?

Yes. Default, Minimal and Cover use your workspace brand colors and your logo. A theme changes section colors, alignment and spacing; your text and images stay. Library, then Themes, previews each theme in your own brand.

Are templates and themes on the free plan?

Yes. Survey templates, page templates, themes and the Library are on every plan, including Free. Plans differ by how many responses you capture each month.
