How does a sales rep qualify a lead at the booth?

The rep signs in to the Sales Station with a PIN, scans the attendee barcode from their completed survey, and sees the answers on screen. They then tap to score the lead hot, warm, or cold and hand over the gift, all in one action, before the visitor leaves.

Is the Sales Station a paid or premium feature?

No. The Sales Station is available on every Scaniam plan, including the free plan. Plans differ by how many responses you capture per month, not by which features you can use.

Do reps need separate logins or an app?

Reps sign in with an email and a PIN on the Sales Station web link. There is no app to install. Each rep gets their own session so their captures are attributed to them.

Does using the Sales Station change how the gift is redeemed?

The rep can redeem the gift as part of scoring the lead, so redemption and qualification happen together. You can still run a separate volunteer Gift Station if you prefer to keep the two steps apart.

What happens to the lead score after the event?

The score is saved against the contact in your Leads, so follow-up is prioritised by how the rep rated the lead at the booth, not by guesswork later.
