Add a Meeting question to your event survey and tick the people on your team who take meetings. Each attendee sees only the times when one of them is free, picks a time, and gets a meeting card with Add to calendar. A booked time is no longer offered to anyone else.
Each team member has their own hours, days off and time zone. Attendees see only the times when someone is free, and a booked time plus its buffer is not offered again.
After submitting, the attendee gets a card with the date, time, host and the place or join link, plus Add to calendar for a calendar file, Google Calendar or Outlook.
Every booking shows on the event page under Meetings, grouped by person. Reps who use the Sales Station see the meetings they host under My meetings.
A good booth conversation often ends with "let's talk properly later". Then the follow-up email goes out days after the event, and the moment is gone. Meeting booking lets the attendee pick a time right there, in the same survey they are already filling in, while the interest is fresh.
Booking only works if the time is real. Scaniam reads each person's own hours and time zone, keeps a buffer after each meeting, and stops offering a time once it is taken. If two attendees pick the last free time at the same moment, the second one is asked to pick another time, and their answers are saved either way.
The meeting lands with the lead, not in a separate tool. Your team sees who booked with whom on the event page, reps see their own meetings in the Sales Station, and the event CSV has the meeting time and a Meeting host column.
In the event's Team window, add each person who takes meetings with their hours, days off, time zone and an online meeting link if needed.
In the survey builder, add a Meeting question, tick who takes meetings, and choose in person or online, the length, buffer, booking window and notice.
On their phone, the attendee sees open times only. In person times show in the venue time zone, online times in the attendee's own time zone.
Bookings show on the event page under Meetings. On the Premium plan you can Reassign a meeting to another free person at the same time.
