Credits pay for responses beyond your monthly limit. Buy 100, 250, 500 or any number up to 5,000 at a time from the Plan & Billing page.
Credits are used only after the month's included responses. Higher plans pay less per credit, and unused credits carry over.
At the limit, attendees still fill the survey and get their gift code. Extra responses are saved and locked until you add credits or upgrade.
Credits from a coupon can have a use-by date. Scaniam uses the credits that expire soonest first and bought credits last.
Yes. The Free plan needs no credit card and has no end date. It includes every feature except the AI event report, with fewer responses each month than the paid plans.
No. Scaniam meters one thing: responses. No plan limits the number of events or sales reps. Gift redemptions, game plays and Sales Station ratings are not counted.
Scaniam keeps collecting. Attendees still fill the survey, play the game and get their gift code. Responses over the limit are saved but locked. Credits unlock any locked response, and upgrading unlocks this month's.

You can upgrade from Starter to Premium at any time on the Plan & Billing page. The new plan starts when the payment goes through and renews monthly from that day. To move to a lower plan, contact us.
You keep the plan until the end of the paid month, then the workspace moves to the Free plan. Nothing is deleted, and every response you paid for stays visible and exportable.
Razorpay retries the payment and your plan stays active during the retries. If every retry fails, the plan stays for 7 more days, then the workspace moves to the Free plan. No data is deleted.
The current month of a subscription is not refunded when you cancel, and bought credits are not refundable. Unused days of a plan you upgrade from are not refunded. The Refund Policy has the details.
