Scaniam stores the survey answers attendees give you and the leads built from them. That data belongs to your workspace, is kept separate from other customers, and is used to run your events and build your leads. See the privacy policy for the full detail.
What Scaniam stores
Scaniam stores two things for you: the answers attendees give in your surveys, and the leads built from those answers. It also records booth actions such as gift redemption and the Hot, Warm, or Cold rating a rep gave.
How it is handled
- It is yours. The data in your workspace belongs to you. You can export it to CSV whenever you want.
- It is separate. Each workspace is isolated. Other customers cannot see your leads or reports.
- The AI summary sees only numbers. The AI executive summary in the ROI report is built from aggregated metrics, not from personal details. Names and emails are never sent to the AI model.
Good to know
- For the full legal detail on what is collected and how it is used, see the privacy policy.
- If you need to remove data, you can export first and then contact support.
